Born 1989, April 14, marriage blue (real name: Chihiro Ozawa / 小澤ちひろ) is a japanese singer-songwriter from Sapporo, Hokkaido. She debuted in 2005 as R&B singer Candy under avex trax and formed the unit LOVERSSOUL in 2008, which later became a solo project. In 2014, she started singing with I've under the alias "marriage blue", which went on a brief hiatus after the releasing of her 1st single §-section- in 2017.

In 2021, it was announced the activities of marriage blue on I've would restart.

Beyond her singer activity, she also contributes to other artists' songs as lyricist, composer and arranger. She also has a strong love for black music and is good at dancing.

Candy era

Moved to Tokyo in 2001 and debuted in 2005 with the maxi single "Bye & Thanks" under avex trax. In the same year, performed the opening theme "Promise" for the anime "Glass Mask".

In 2021, a digital compilation of Candy singles entitled "Candy Single Collection -15th Anniversary Edition-" was released.

LOVERSSOUL era

LOVERSSOUL was a japanese music unit formed in 2008 by marriage blue as "CHIHIRO", mainly in charge of vocals, and musician SAH, in charge of guitars and also vocals.

In 2012, SAH graduated from LOVERSSOUL, which became CHIHIRO's solo project. At the same time, she moved back to Sapporo. After several releases, LOVERSSOUL ended its activities in 2019 and CHIHIRO, now under her real name, Chihiro Ozawa, restarted her singing activities on avex.

Chihiro Ozawa era

Restarted singing activity under her real name with the release of the mini-album "Rhythm of Love" in 2019, May. Later, she signed back to avex and released a new digital single and a compilation album.

The mysterious I've diva with the concept of "fallen to the dark side". She's not mentioned on any of Chihiro's social medias and websites and haven't made explicit public appearances.

Debuted on I've in 2014 on I've MANIA Tracks NEW WAVE and performed on I've 15th Anniversary Live in 2015, however, without revealing her face, soon retreating from the stage after finishing her song and not coming back for the artists reunion by the end of the show.

On March, 2021, I've Sound announced marriage blue's activities would restart and that two singles and her 1st album were planned to be released later on the same year, although, due to schedule issues, the discs ended up not being released. A new announcement regarding the upcoming releases is expected for 2022.
