PROFILE

Nami Maisaki (舞崎なみ), born September 08, 1990 and now stylized as NAMI, is a singer-songwriter and DJ affiliated to I've Sound since 2010. She began her musical career on I've as a vocalist and member of Larval Stage Planning, later becoming one of I've main sound creators.

LSP era

When she was in high school, she enrolled in Eiko Shimamiya's vocal school. Later, she participated and passed in I've auditions, shortly after joining them, forming the vocal unit Larval Stage Planning (LSP) in 2010, along with former I've vocalists Airi Kirishima and Rin Asami.

As LSP, Nami Maisaki performed theme songs for the anime series "Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts 2", "High School DxD" and "High School DxD New", along with the release of original and game songs. While as a solo singer she performed theme songs for the games "Love, Election & Chocolate", "Yukiiro" and "Tsujidou-san no Jun'ai Road".

In 2014, she graduated from her singer activities on I've, returning to the group at the end of the same year as an affiliated sound creator, as she have always aspired the music production career, debuting as arranger on the remix album master groove circle NIJIIRO. NAMI is also the first singer in I've history to turn from an affiliated vocalist to a sound creator.

SOUND CREATOR era

After debuting on the master groove circle NIJIIRO as arranger, in 2015, she made her debut also as composer, on the special I've Girl's Compilation: The Time, with the tracks transition and Hydrangea, performed by Mami Kawada and her former unit Larval Stage Planning, respectively.

Among her notable works, NAMI composed and arranged the ending theme and insert song for the anime series "Girly Air Force", respectively, Colorful☆wing and awake from the deep, and also the song Only for now, included in the music game "beatmania IIDX 25 CANNON BALLERS".

Since 2019, she also have been producing songs for the major label NBCUniversal Entertainment, which was ahead of many of I've success.

From April 18, 2020, every Saturday from 20:00 on I've Official YouTube Channel, NAMI delivers a DJ live with selected I've songs. By the end of the same year, for the very first time since the beginning of her sound creator, NAMI performed as a vocalist in two originals songs, featuring the F-ive elements 3 compilation.

On October 17, 2021, a memorial EP is scheduled to be released, containing three instrumental songs created by NAMI and one english cover of MELL's FLY TO THE TOP.
