While all the songs from discs 01 to 07 were announced as their original versions, it turns out that some of them had minor changes or even different arrangements/versions/vocalists. It was the case for the following songs:
Soyokaze no Yukue (announced as the original version sung by Sakura Takatsuki as "Asuka Katagiri", but it's actually the regret ver. sung by AKI)
Tooryanse (noise added)
Kimi to Yume wo Shinjite (sound cracking)
Spiral (noise added)
rime (echo applied and strengthened backing chorus, it's the same version from KOTOKO's The Bible)
allegretto ~Sora to Kimi~ (echo applied and strengthened backing chorus)
Anata ga Suki (acoustic/unplugged version)
Kienai Omoi (announced as the original version, but it's the album mix version from SHORT CIRCUIT)
Rokka no Uta (it's the japanese version, instead of the original with english lyrics)
** As of 2022.03.02, an Addition Download Service containing the original version of Soyokaze no Yukue, Tooryanse, Kimi to Yume wo Shinjite and Kienai Omoi - plus a remastered version of Spiral - is available on I've Official Portal Site. **
Thanks to SUBARU-san for reporting the differences, to I've Sound Explorer (ISE) and I've Search for the detailed music databases and to zesteas for text revision.
Also, the Dreamer version seems to be the same included on verge, which makes it a mistery why the song was included, while sacred words is the only original song from Eiko Shimamiya, from the 1999-2000 period, that wasn't recorded on E-VOX.
It also seems to be a mistake that MELL's Kimi to Deaeta Kisetsu is recorded on the 2002 disc, when sources like ISE and I've Search point out the release of the full version was in 2000.
There were other game/eroge/thematic songs from 1999-2019 that also weren't recorded for this release, with different aspects between them, so I'll list/compile below the songs missing from E-VOX according to their characteriscs:

This mysterious and rumoured song from former I've-duet Eiko Shimamiya & Mami Kawada seems to be had performed live only. So far, it's unknown if it's an original or cover song, as well as if it would be an I've song and who could've been the lyricist/composer.
